Teliani Valley Winery97 wines presented at “IWSC 2021” recieved great reviews and won Silver and Bronze medals.

The International Wine & Spirit Competitions aim is to reward excellence in drinks worldwide, ensuring recognition for the very best wines and spirits. The IWSC is proud to set the international benchmark for quality.

Over 4,000 wines were tasted across two weeks, awarding 3,400 medals, from bronze, silver to the coveted gold. Wines were entered from 39 countries.

According to judges tasting notes Winery97 Unfiltered Saperavi 2020 is described as well-balanced and structured wine, achieving 90 scores, silver medal. Also, Winery97 Kakhuri N8 2019 is a Silver medal winner with 90 scores and distinguished with attractive fruity expression, notably tangerine.
The IWSC mentions that Winery97 Saperavi 2020 is Intensely fruity and spicy with herbal undertones and well-integrated tannins – winning Bronze medal.
